Product Description

Through comprehensive monitoring of static electricity testing areas and other zones, managers and administrative personnel can easily understand and grasp the usage status of turnstiles and the operational conditions of equipment at various locations. By identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner, this system effectively improves the work efficiency of management personnel and serves as a necessary measure to enhance management standards.
 

1. Employees only need to undergo facial recognition and test their wrist straps using the DW-A10 instrument. The instrument will determine and display the resistance value. If the value is within the OK range, the turnstile will automatically open.
2. Employees only need to undergo facial recognition and test their static-dissipative shoes using the DW-A10 instrument. The instrument will determine and display the resistance values of the left and right feet. If the values are within the OK range, the turnstile will automatically open.
3. When employees undergo facial recognition, they need to test both their static-dissipative shoes and wrist straps. The DW-A10 instrument will display the resistance values of the hands and shoes. If the values are within the OK range, the turnstile will automatically open.
4. For customers and VIPs entering the workshop for observation, we provide VIP no-test cards. After facial recognition is confirmed as OK, the turnstile will automatically open.
5. For bosses or management personnel entering the workshop, we also provide exclusive cards. After facial recognition is confirmed as OK, the turnstile will automatically open.
6. Fingerprint recognition or facial recognition can be configured before conducting the tests.

System Features
The ESD access control management system is an elaborately designed and manufactured system based on years of research on channel access technology and demand analysis. It integrates ultra-high frequency (UHF) card reading technology, network digital technology, remote alarm technology, computer network software technology, and barrier-free channel technology. The system meets the safety and security requirements of production, serving as an integrated solution that combines channel management, monitoring, ESD access control, voice prompt systems, and more.

1. RFID Card Recognition/Fingerprint Recognition/Facial Recognition

• The system uses radio frequency technology to achieve facial recognition for personnel information, real-time retrieval and synchronization of database information. It can quickly identify multiple people passing through simultaneously and prompt for unregistered personnel.

2. Anti-Static Testing

• The anti-static testing instrument can quickly determine combined tests for the tester's static wrist strap, left-foot static-dissipative shoe, right-foot static-dissipative shoe, etc.
• Each channel allows two-way access, significantly improving equipment utilization. The system automatically identifies the direction of entry/exit when personnel pass through.

3. Real-Time Upload of Facial Recognition Information

• The system real-time uploads personnel information (from facial recognition at factory entrances/exits) and qualified test data to the management command center via TCP/IP network. It can also automatically send test data via email to designated managers' computers in each team.

4. Multimedia Dashboard Linkage Monitoring Function

• A large display screen is installed at the gate channel entrance/exit to show real-time information, with unqualified testers marked in red for leaders and clients to review at any time.

5. Alarm Function

• For unauthorized personnel (without valid cards or with invalid cards), the gate channel immediately triggers audible and visual alarms. For example, during commuting hours, the system can automatically identify illegal entrants or tailgaters (non-floor personnel), effectively preventing unauthorized access and combining human security with technological security to fill management gaps.
